Reduces excess width along the nostril rim.
Alar Lift
Elevates overhanging or drooping alar rims.

Who May Be a Candidate?
This procedure may be considered for patients with:
- Alar overhang—makapal o nakalaylay ang gilid ng ilong
- A wide nostril base—malapad ang base ng butas ng ilong
- Visible nostril flaring when smiling or talking
A consultation is still necessary. Nostril shape, skin thickness, natural asymmetry, scarring tendency, breathing, and overall facial proportions must be assessed before surgery is recommended.
