Dr. Bien reviews facial movement, symmetry, medical history, medicines, prior injections, and the areas that should remain expressive. The number of units is individualized.

Results and Recovery

Effects develop gradually and are temporary. Bruising, tenderness, headache, or short-term asymmetry may occur. Repeat treatment is optional when the effect wears off.

Risks and Limitations

Possible effects include eyelid or brow droop, uneven expression, dry eye, smile changes, and rare spread of toxin effect.
