Approval arrives by email.
If approved, you will receive two confirmation emails: one from Cal.com and another from bienpomd.com. Appointment reminders are also sent by email.

Request a follow-up appointment through the calendar. Your requested time remains subject to approval.
Non-surgical treatment
The appointment system accepts non-surgical treatment requests. Long non-surgical procedures can only be booked after an in-person consultation.
Planning a surgical procedure?
All surgical procedures can only be booked after an in-person consultation. Coordinate the procedure and schedule directly with Dr. Bien Po; the online treatment booking system is for non-surgical treatments only.
Prepare for your visit
Appointment confirmations are sent by both Cal.com and bienpomd.com. Send all laboratory test results only to info@bienpomd.com. For enquiries, use Facebook Messenger, Instagram DM, or Viber.
If available, bring all recent laboratory test results.
Use an email address you check regularly for approval and appointment reminders.
