To ensure your safety and best results, all patients must undergo proper preparation before any major surgery
✅ 1. In-Person Consultation
All procedures begin with a face-to-face consultation at our Quezon City clinic. This allows for proper assessment, personalized planning, and realistic goal-setting.
✅ 2. Laboratory Tests
Required for all patients to check for suitability and ensure a smooth surgery.
Standard Labs (for healthy patients under 50):

Chest X-ray
12L ECG
BUN and Creatinine
Fasting Blood Sugar
PT, PTT, INR
AST, ALT
Others if deemed necessary
Estimated Cost: ₱4,000–₱5,000
Labs may be done at any trusted diagnostic center of your choice.

Cardiopulmonary clearance from your physician may be required.

A: On average, about 60–70% of transferred fat survives long-term. This is why we strategically overcorrect during transfer, knowing some fat will naturally reabsorb.
Q: What areas are used for fat harvesting?
A: We usually collect fat from the abdomen, waist (flanks), and lower back—enhancing both the buttocks and body silhouette.
Q: When can I sit or lie on my back again?
A: Avoid prolonged sitting or lying on the buttocks for at least 2–3 weeks. We’ll guide you on positioning and provide aftercare techniques to protect the grafted fat.
Q: Can this be done even if I’m thin?
A: Patients with very low fat may not be suitable. We need sufficient fat volume to harvest for safe and effective results. We’ll assess this during your in-person consult.
Q: Will I lose weight after the procedure?
A: While liposuction removes fat, this is not a weight-loss procedure. Any change in weight is modest. The goal is contouring and enhancement.
Q: What kind of diet should I follow after the procedure?

A: Avoid heat-heavy activities like sauna, hot baths, or hot yoga for at least 4–6 weeks. Heat can affect swelling, fat survival, and wound healing.
Q: What maintenance is needed after a BBL?
A: Avoid drastic weight loss or gain. Maintain your results with stable weight, consistent skincare, and, if needed, massage or lymphatic drainage under guidance.
