Biendolift

Minimally Invasive Endolaser Facial Tightening & Contouring

A minimally invasive subdermal laser treatment for selected patients with early facial laxity, mild jowling, localized facial or submental fat, and reduced jawline definition.

Also known as Endolift • Endo Laser • Endolaser

Treatment overview

What Is Biendolift?

Biendolift is BienPoMD’s approach to minimally invasive endolaser facial rejuvenation and contouring. A very fine optical laser fiber is introduced beneath the skin through small entry points, allowing controlled laser energy to be delivered directly into selected subdermal tissues.

Potential objectives include improved firmness, controlled tissue contraction, collagen remodeling, selected localized fat reduction, early-jowl improvement and clearer facial contours. Planning depends on anatomy.

How endolaser works

Two Selected Tissue Effects

Tissue Tightening & Collagen Remodeling

Controlled thermal interaction in selected tissue planes may contribute to collagen contraction and progressive remodeling. The result should not be judged immediately.

Selected Fat Reduction

Laser energy may be used in small localized fat areas when appropriate. Biendolift is not a replacement for liposuction when significant fat removal is required.

Treatment areas

What Can Biendolift Treat?

Lower Face & Jawline

For early jowling, mild laxity, reduced definition and lower-face heaviness in selected patients.

Cheeks

For selected early cheek descent and lower-face contour. It cannot reproduce a surgical midface lift.

Double Chin / Submental Area

May suit a small localized fat component with laxity. Significant fat may be better treated with V-Line Liposuction.

Nasolabial & Marionette Region

Biendolift does not erase folds. Any improvement may reflect changes in surrounding support and contour.

Lateral Brow

A subtle option for selected laxity. It is not equivalent to a surgical brow lift.

Combined anatomy

Biendolift Slimming + Lifting

Some lower-face concerns involve both localized facial fat and early laxity. Treating only one component may not fully address the anatomy.

Biendolift Browlift

Subtle Lateral Support

Selected lateral-brow laxity may receive subtle progressive support. This does not reproduce a surgical brow lift.

Results develop over time

Recovery & Remodeling Timeline

  1. Immediately / First Week

Swelling, tenderness, early tightening and temporary contour changes may occur. This is an early recovery stage.

  2. Following Weeks

As swelling resolves, the evolving contour becomes easier to assess.

  3. Following Months

Tissue remodeling and collagen-related changes may continue gradually.

Early photographs should not be interpreted as the final result.

Direct answer

Is Biendolift a Non-Surgical Facelift?

No. It may improve selected mild to moderate laxity and contour concerns, but it cannot reproduce the anatomical repositioning achieved by a surgical facelift.

Limits Matter

Significant descent, advanced jowling or substantial neck laxity may require another approach.

Treatment selection

Biendolift Compared With Other Options

Biendolift

For selected mild laxity, early jowling, small localized fat areas and remodeling goals.

V-Line Liposuction →

For significant lower-face or double-chin fat requiring surgical removal and stronger contour reduction.

Facial Fat Grafting →

Restores volume to hollow areas. Biendolift primarily tightens, remodels or reduces selected tissues.

Some patients need tightening. Some need fat reduction. Some need both.

Potential candidacy

Who May Be a Good Candidate?

  • Early sagging or beginning jowls
  • Mild to moderate laxity
  • Reduced jawline definition
  • Small localized lower-face or submental fat
  • Selected cheek or lateral-brow laxity
  • Realistic expectations

Alternative planning

Who May Need Another Approach?

  • Significant facial or neck fat
  • Severe laxity or advanced jowling
  • Substantial hollowing requiring volume restoration
  • Expectation of surgical-facelift-level lifting
  • Anatomy better treated with surgery, liposuction or fat grafting

Before & after

Authentic Biendolift Results

These supplied BienPoMD images retain their complete original framing. The lower-eyelid series is clearly identified as a combined-procedure result rather than a Biendolift-only outcome.

Recovery

What Recovery May Include

Temporary swelling, bruising, tenderness, firmness, discomfort and altered sensation may occur. Recovery varies by area, treatment intensity and healing response.

Possible risks

Visible Risk Discussion

Potential risks may include swelling, bruising, discomfort, sensory changes, contour irregularity, infection, thermal injury and other procedure-specific complications.

Our treatment philosophy

Treat the Cause, Not Just the Sagging

Facial aging may involve wrinkling, sagging, sinking, changes in fat distribution and tissue support. If the problem is excess fat, we address fat. If it is volume loss, we restore volume. If it is early laxity, Biendolift may be an option. If surgery would provide a substantially better result, that should be discussed honestly.

The goal is not to perform the newest treatment. The goal is to choose the right treatment for the right anatomy.

Patient questions

Biendolift / Endolift FAQ

What is Biendolift?

Biendolift is BienPoMD’s approach to minimally invasive subdermal laser treatment for selected facial-tightening and contouring concerns.

Is Biendolift the same as Endolift?

Biendolift, Endolift, Endo Laser and Endolaser describe the same general treatment category on this page.

How does Endolift work?

A fine optical fiber delivers controlled laser energy in selected subdermal tissue planes to support tissue contraction, collagen remodeling and limited treatment of small localized fat deposits.

Can Endolift reduce a double chin?

It may help when the fat component is small and laxity is also present. More significant submental fat may be better addressed with V-Line Liposuction.

Can Biendolift tighten jowls or improve the jawline?

Selected patients with early jowling or mild laxity may see gradual contour improvement, but it cannot reproduce a surgical lift.

How long before Biendolift results appear?

Early changes may appear after swelling settles, while tissue remodeling may continue over the following weeks and months.

Is Biendolift a facelift?

No. It cannot reproduce the anatomical repositioning achieved by a surgical facelift.

Is Endolift surgical?

It is minimally invasive because a fine fiber is introduced beneath the skin through small entry points, but it is not an open surgical facelift.

Biendolift vs V-Line Liposuction: which do I need?

Biendolift is considered for mild laxity and small localized fat areas. V-Line Liposuction is more appropriate when surgical fat removal and stronger contour reduction are needed.

Biendolift vs facial fat grafting: what is the difference?

Biendolift primarily tightens, remodels or reduces selected tissues. Facial fat grafting restores volume to hollow or deflated areas.

Who is a good candidate for Endolift?

Potential candidates have early sagging, mild to moderate laxity, beginning jowls, small localized fat deposits, realistic expectations and suitable anatomy.

What is recovery like after Endolift?

Swelling, bruising, tenderness, firmness, discomfort or temporary altered sensation may occur. Recovery varies by area, intensity and healing response.

Are Endolift results immediate?

First-week photographs are not final results. Swelling resolves and remodeling develops gradually.

Can Biendolift be used for brow lifting?

Selected lateral-brow laxity may be treated for subtle progressive support, but this is not equivalent to a surgical brow lift.

In-person assessment

Is Biendolift Right for Your Face?

Planning begins with an assessment of skin quality, fat distribution, tissue laxity, facial proportions and contributing structures.
