The surgeon evaluates tip strength, symmetry, projection, rotation, skin envelope, bridge relationship, nostril shape, breathing, and how the tip moves with expression.

Tipplasty or rhinoplasty may reshape or support the tip. Removing too much cartilage can weaken support, so refinement should be conservative and anatomy-led.
