Surgical procedures are not scheduled without a prior in-person consultation. This is strictly implemented for safety and proper planning.

3. Appointment Confirmation Required

All bookings are subject to confirmation. Please provide a valid email address, as confirmation details will be sent there.

4. Philippine Time Zone (GMT+8)

All appointment slots follow Philippine Standard Time. If booking from abroad, make sure the device is set correctly to avoid scheduling errors.

5. Limited Slots — Book Early

Consultation slots are limited and fill up quickly. Early booking is strongly recommended.

6. Strictly No Walk-Ins

We operate by appointment only to maintain quality and avoid overcrowding.

7. Be On Time

Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may be accommodated on a limited basis or may need to be rescheduled, depending on the situation.

8. Cancellation and Rescheduling

If unable to attend, please cancel or reschedule using the link in the appointment confirmation email. This helps free up the slot for other patients.

9. Pre-Procedure Requirements (If Applicable)

For surgical cases, basic laboratory tests (e.g., 12-lead ECG, CBC, FBS, PT/PTT) may be required prior to scheduling. These may be completed in advance if preferred.

10. Cosmetic Procedures Are Elective

All treatments are elective and not covered by insurance. Fees are paid out-of-pocket.
